As a Rotaractor, members organize and carry out local community service projects such as tutoring programs for elementary students or helping out at the local shelter.
Members also raise awareness for international causes through fundraising initiatives.

Rotaractors gain access to member-initiated seminars that are geared toward their interests. These seminars will help them learn how to succeed in the workplace and further their personal development as a whole.
Leadership Development

Rotaractors are given the opportunity to take on a variety of roles within the club. They can sit on the board of directors, which helps to steer the club, and/or lead one of the club's committees.
Fellowship

Rotaractors not only work alongside each other to fulfill club goals, but they are also known to hang out with one another just for fun! Whether the social events are planned or are informal, Rotaractors have countless opportunities to develop meaningful and long-lasting friendships within the club.
